After graduating from Pennsylvania State University in 1998, I moved to Kentucky and immediatley began massage therapy training. Â I graduated from Advanced Massage Therapeutics School in Louisville, KY. Â I then began my career at Paragon Day Spa in Lexington where I worked for a year until I was offered an amazing opportunity to teach. Â Under the direction of Charles Watson, I gained five years of teaching experience at Advanced Massage Therapeutics Massage School and continued seeing clients at the AMT clinic. Â My experience at AMT gave me a significant body of knowledge with repetitive stress and sports injuries. Â My education furthered when I completed the Aaron Mattes Method on Active Isolated Stretching and had the privilege of observing Aaron Mattes at his clinic in Sarasota, FL. Â I've also had training in Infant massage, Pregnancy Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Bamboo Fusion.
I currently reside in Lexington, KY where I provide pain relief, relaxation, and general wellness for clients of all ages.  I am happy to have  partnered with the Wildcat Aquatics, USA Swim Team in Lexington, KY.  I continue to promote health and wellness in young athletes for football, baseball, volleyball and soccer.  My passion for living well drives me to be active in my personal life.  I am lucky to have a loving and athletic family who keep me on my toes and support my endeavors.
